Everywhere you go in this store, the cameras are in your face and dinging at you to make absolutely sure you know they're recording you. As in literally 5 inches from your face and attached to the shelving. Dinging and flashing at you. It's rude! I will NOT be subjected to this level of hostility when YOU want MY money! I came to the store intending to make a purchase. I left without spending a dime.

I’m done, just closed my Lowe’s and closed my Lowe’s Credit account. I tried to do a return on some valves I purchased for my RV after I put it up for winter so today when I picked up my RV I realized I purchased the wrong valves so because it’s over 3 months (but not 4 months) no exchange, no return, no store credit nothing and I have the receipt. I would understand if it was a Christmas item/ seasonal but this is everyday inventory, thanks Lowes you lost a customer for life over $18.00s, I waited for a reasonable amount of time for a manager then requested to speak to a manager again and after waiting a reasonable amount of time again, I left the valves, receipt and my number, so they call me with an automated message that they will not be doing a refund. So now they have my valves and no offers to return

We were looking for a shower door. We asked 2 different employees for assistance. Each of them radioed for assistance, and we did not receive any help at all.
When asking the first employee, I overheard her talking to another employee and this was stated, “the store is being bought out, so what do I care.”
If this in fact is true, then you guys earned it.
