I came in intending to make a purchase, but quickly changed my mind after witnessing extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from Monica, the assistant manager. Throughout my visit, she was openly gossiping with another employee about customers within earshot. What was even more disturbing was the language she used—constant cursing and blatantly disrespectful, degrading comments about the very people shopping in the store. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for any business, but it’s especially hypocritical coming from a company that claims to uphold strong moral values. It created a hostile, uncomfortable environment and showed a complete lack of respect for customers. I will absolutely not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to reconsider shopping here if this is how customers are viewed and treated behind their backs.
