Kylee was awesome to work with, super friendly and helpful, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a solid storage option.

Since Extra Space Storage took over, the facility has gotten dirtier—similar to Public Storage—and customer service has declined. Staff seem uninterested, and when I asked about broken elevators, I was told to just use another one. Elevator maintenance is poor, and there was even a time both were out of service, forcing me to buy replacements for items I couldn’t access before a trip. Very disappointing experience—I’m considering moving.
