- M1mastageee 123Apr 10, 20261.0My aunt and a few others had their storage unit broken into without compensation. Someone was able to cut a hole in the back of the storage units because there’s no security. If you value your items, DON’T choose Extra Space.
- XGXavier GonzalesApr 10, 20261.0STORAGE UNIT GOT BROKEN INTO! Without insurance none of the stolen items would be covered and on top of that, increased my storage cost from $90 to $170. What are we paying for if there’s no security and anyone is able to cut a hole into the units??!

For his customer service and his professionalism for helping my wife and I with removing the our car and helping us with answers to questions we had. Matthew is an outstanding employee and whoever needs assistance with anything in the future I highly recommend they see him. The Uhaul company needs 20 more people like this man. GREAT JOB MATTHEW.
