- JAJoseph Anthony3 days ago1.0For 3 years, I've been paying $140 a month.. that's about $5,000 spent... Sometimes I pay a month in advance to stay on track so out of 3 years, I may have made 2 to 3 late payments these last 3 years. I just recently lost my father and I've never lost a parent before so I've been behind on all my bills from just not paying attention to the days passing by as I grieve. I paid my last payment which I was late and I take accountability that I forgot considering I've been grieving over my father. I called earlier this past Wednesday & explained my situation, made a payment, paid the late fee of course, and told the man I spoke to that I get paid 2 weeks from now which will make me TWO days late. I asked if I could simply pay 2 days late and if they could waive the late fee and he shut me down and told me no. No consideration that I've been a loyal customer and never made complaints ever. I'm not a nuisance tenant. I don't mind paying a lot of money for a small little 10x10, but definitely not here anymore. That man I spoke to was completely inconsiderate so I'm done!
