We completed our reservation online, and when we arrived, she was actually on her lunch break—but she still came to the door and helped us without hesitation. She took the time to take care of everything we needed, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping us. It probably took up most of her lunch, but not once did she seem bothered. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional the entire time. Customer service like that is rare these days, and we truly appreciated it!

My storage unit was broken into on the 1st, and we were never properly notified. The only thing we received was a vague email telling us to “come in” nothing stating there had been any break-ins. Multiple units are broken into in the same hall Now it’s the 7th, and we only found out because we came to grab items for an event. This is completely unacceptable. If our unit was compromised, we should have been contacted immediately by phone with clear information just like they call for missed payment To make things worse, the security cameras around the property are still broken, with wires visibly pulled out. So what exactly are we paying for? There’s clearly no real security or urgency to fix serious issues. I would highly not recommend storing your belongings here if you expect safety or proper communication.
