- LHLarry HerreraApr 4, 20261.0Do not move your belongings here. Once again they randomly raise the rates. Paying 100 for a unit and just noticed the raise my payment to nearly double the amount. It's like they reel you in with a decent rate and then while you're belongings are stored, they raise the cost. This isn't the first time it's happened to me I figured they wouldn't do it again after my first and second complaint about this. I guess it's time to move everything out and never give them my any more of my business. Ridiculous. I don't understand how they have such a high rating as well. I saw other customers complaining about this on site!
