  Rachel gave me phenomenal customer service as she was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Rachel went above and beyond to explain what I couldn't understand and she was extremely patient while doing so. Thank you so much Rachel, for being such a wonderful employee! I believe Rachel's customer service was the epitome of what authentic, valued and real customer service should be like!

  Worst storage place anyone can get save your money find a different one. Management and other workers there have no customer service and anything else if I can give 0 stars I would have Trying to charge me a trash fee when they have a trashcan and they will not let me use it when in my contract I was allowed to use it

  Worst unit ever we had to move to a public storage! People live on property and will go into your unit to see what you have. They smoked weed outside no telling what else. I only know this because they came up to me with it. Blew it in my face and i am pregnant! They also allow the homeless to live in the units as well so no telling who’s able to get into your unit. Theres no trash cans so be aware to find somewhere else to throw it. They will overly charge you within a week. The old owners were great but not these news ones. It’s a storage unit place treated like an apartment complex

  My wife is pregnant and went in by herself and purchased a 10x15 storage, later that day I went to move some items and noticed the unit was smaller than expected. Upon measuring the unit I discovered it was only 9 x 11. I feel this is fraud and frankly, it is. when I call and expressed my concerns I was told after the fact that The units aren’t exact, but they are approximate And that it says so online, Like if I was the one who made the mistake for not reading the fine print. It’s only 100 square foot not the 150 we expected. This has put a stressful situation for my pregnant wife and a horrible experience with our moving situation. We even left our old storage down the street to be new clients, but are now regretting the situation. When asked if the could fairly compensate for next month’s rent they only discounted the $25 lock fee be careful when renting a unit here and make sure you get what you pay for. if anyone has had any issues share and re post. Also they ask you to leave a good review after fake smiles so watch out on those five star reviews as they were probably pressured.
