  The storage is convenient for my location but overall it has issues with app trying to enter the facility and the unit. I have to delete the app when returning to the facility and to enter my unit. Now that is an inconvenience for me when I’m in a rush to get something and run out . I have made complaints to the MOD and they also notice that it shouldn’t happened and made phone calls to get it resolved.unfortunately some of the person don’t return the call to fix the issues and some say it’s fixed . Until I try it again it works the one time but constantly gives problems still HELP HELP!!!!

No pressure at all, which makes the experience really pleasant.” “I’ve been a regular customer for years. The team is attentive, the product quality is consistent, and the loyalty program is actually worth it.” “Great after-sales service. I had a small issue with no outlets hopefully they get done and resolve quickly and professionally. Rare service like this deserves to be mentioned.”

  I met Kevin his first day on the site. He was extremely friendly and very helpful, the kind of person any organization would be lucky to have. He has gone out of his way to accommodate me while settling in. I truly wish there were more like him on this planet. So if you are looking for a safe clean and friendly environment or just a little extra space come see Kevin. He will make your moving experience a breeze. Because of Kevin this is the only place I would store my items.

  I’m extremely happy with choosing this place for my storage. Great prices, made my reservation, paid, and everything else so easily online. But most of all is, I believe he’s the office manager, I have a brain injury, so forget everything lol can’t remember his name but believe he’s Hispanic and he has black glasses but my brain is messed up in so many more ways then just my memory and well I got lost, even though it was an easy straight shot and a turn, and my brain will go into sensory overload as well, so then my brain won’t work even more, so no way was I gonna find it on my own, I ended up breaking down crying and finally called and he was already coming up to help and not only that but was so freaking understanding and nice. I’ve had people treat me horribly for way less due to symptoms and things due to my brain injury, so this really meant a lot to me. He even offered to help my second trip after showing me but me being stubborn and still not wanting to ask for help, said no lol. He also gave friends of mine cold waters ect, just an extremely nice man and I while recommend this place to everyone. Also you can’t beat the price for such a high tech, AC covered, clean place. Definitely recommend! Sir if you see my review, thank you again, so much!!
