Alamo property, Adam walked me through every detail and was patient with me when I took the time to read the ENTIRE contract. We reviewed the size, shape, and locations of all available units I was interested in, too. The facility is in excellent shape and the digital access points via the app are super convenient. Way to go, Adam and Extra Space Storage!

I like they offer self service at main office. Employees are kind, courteous, quick to respond, and professional. Had the privilege of meeting Chris while I was setting up my shelving. Even at his busiest, he took a few minutes for a quick and friendly conversation. It’s that kind of friendliness that matters most to me.

I had this unit for almost four years and the gates always worked, there was almost always a cart available for use and the building was always impeccably clean.
