  Do not use extra space storage. YOUR UNIT WILL BE BROKEN INTO AND YOU WILL HAVE YOUR THINGS STOLEN. Overpriced and unsafe. Do not store your items here! A whole hall of units was broken into twice in less than 2 months. The place did nothing to increase security or prevent breakins from the first time. Same locks, same camera coverage time, same office hours. The point of a storage facility is to be able to store your belongings safely while you're away. They let criminals come in and take inventory of your things monthly. They don't make it right either. No coverage for missing items and no refunds on rent. No attempts at preventing breakins. A horrible storage facility. I never should have moved my items here. Go elseware for storage not ExtraSpace.

  Easy move in, I kind of underestimated the amount of space I’d need but the manager, Jeff was super helpful in resolving the issue! I would definitely choose this company and location in specific if I needed to again.

  I WILL SAY IF THEY CORRECT THE PROBLEM OR FULL REFUND I WILL CHANGE THIS STATUS. I paid 6 months in ADVANCE. Not ONCE have I heard the AC turn On. My totes have moisture in them. It’s so hot and stuffy you can’t organize or get what you need cause you have to keep cooling yourself off. I have AUDIO PROOF that they tell their employees to keep the AC off or at a high setting. The moving experience has been stressful and frustrating now thinking it’s finally over, this temperature thing happens. I don’t have anymore money to move and keep paying for something that I should have but not getting AC! I’m super stressed and this storage place doesn’t care about their clients or their belongings. They care about saving money from CPS bill. This company has put great strain on my mental health I am disabled and it’s too hot on the storage space for my possessions or anybody trying to move around In there. I will take a rest during the Easter holiday because I am tired. I WILL, go full speed on them filed disability acts, consumer false advertising of climate control. Then I’ll release the AUDIO RECORDING of them stating the owner GETS MAD WHEN AC IS ON to the media of all sorts. Then I’ll petition for immediate Attorney General’s Office Under consumer protection laws (like those enforced by the Federal Trade Commission and state deceptive trade practices acts, including Texas law): This could qualify as: •    False advertising •    Deceptive trade practice •    Breach of contract (if your agreement says climate-controlled) Turning off AC overnight in Texas heat can: •    Damage electronics, furniture, clothing, documents •    Cause mold/mildew due to humidity swings •    Defeat the entire purpose of paying extra for climate control I’ll display a page just for them of other active clients with my lawyer to bring lawsuits and refunds for everyone. I’m waiting for Dee-Dee to call meASAP. Did I mention I’ve been logging time and temperatures and how many times I hear the AC turn on. Plus the audio recording. God Bless
