Julian came out for a paid assessment and charged me $420 but refused to do the requested repair unless he performed a significant amount of unrelated work he said was needed. I suspect, there isn't a ton of demand for fireplace repair work in San Antonio Texas and he's hard up for business. I asked Mr. Scam Man to leave and he will not get any more business from me. I'm sure he's going to write a rebuttal regarding safety. I likely would have had that work done too if not for his sketchy business practices and refusal to do the work I originally asked for, after all safety was the reason for the initial repair request.

No gimmicks or games. Just good honest people who provide a very thorough inspection and cleaning of chimneys. I worked with Julian and he was awesome. Great guy. Oh and this place is very reasonable with pricing too. Highly recommend. Cheers!
