Was in the market for a new office chair and was trying to decide between the Gesture and the Leap chairs (picked the Gesture but both chairs are superb). I was put in contact w/Margarett who helped answer questions and allowed us to visit the store to try out the chairs. Unfortunately, TW is primarily business-to-business and it did not make sense to order direct with TW. Very much appreciate being able to swing by to try the chairs out in person and TW directed me to order via Steelcase's site as an individual. If you're a business or consumer looking for Steelcase products, definitely give this place a call.
