  Claudia was absolutely amazing from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly — all the pricing, the unit sizes, the policies — and made sure we truly understood our options. There was no pressure at all, just genuine kindness and professionalism. What really stood out was how patient and thorough she was. She answered every question we had and helped us find the perfect storage unit for our needs. On top of that, she worked hard to make sure we got the best possible price, which we truly appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about helping customers, but Claudia definitely does. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, warm, and honest, she’s the one to see. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  I wrote a previous review that I would like to retract. The lady Claudia here is super amazing when she is asking you that first day for a 5 star review. However, she is rude and doesn’t explain things well. I wasn’t shown how to not set off the alarm when opening my unit and it kept happening and the piercing alarm kept going off in my ear , then later I had to get out with my car and I didn’t know how and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and opened the gate for me with attitude. If your payment doesn’t go through for whatever reason first day her and the manager harass you via text message and send emails again being rude and passive aggressive, plus they raise the rent a little too much for my liking. I don’t like people playing the part just to get a good review and then turn around and treat you awful. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, yeah it has nice bell and whistles but they really don’t value the customer and that may not be important to some but when it concerns my hard earned money I expect more.
