From the beginning, the staff walked us through the entire process of renting a unit, clearly explained the contract, and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Switching from our previous storage location was the right decision. We often couldn’t find staff at the front desk there, and it was always difficult to get someone on the phone. This storage company is the complete opposite—responsive, welcoming, and easy to work with. We were able to find a unit in the exact size we were looking for at a great price. The facility is clean and well organized, even while undergoing upgrades. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend this location.
