  I had an AMAZING experience at Storage Hub, and that’s 100% because of Kali. From the moment I walked in, she had the most welcoming demeanor, warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She didn’t rush me or try to upsell me. Instead, she took the time to show me several units before I committed to one, answered all my questions, and helped me confidently make the final decision. I explained my previous not-so-great experiences at other storage places, especially issues with not having enough carts and poor customer service and she actually listened. She reassured me, showed me around, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before signing. Customer service like this is rare. Kali made what could have been a stressful process smooth, easy, and honestly enjoyable. Storage Hub, if you’re reading this, she’s a keeper. Highly recommend 👏

  Excellent customer service!! I switch to another storage before because I had moved and it was the worst. I’m so happy I moved back to my old neighborhood. Kali at the front desk is the best. Friendly, helpful and professional . I’m keeping my storage this time even if I move apartments.

  Kali was incredibly helpful. I stopped by to ask about a storage unit and found the office closed around lunchtime. I called and didn’t reach anyone at first, but Kali returned my call as soon as she was back. Even though she was the only person in the office and clearly busy, she still took the time to help me over the phone. The facility itself is very clean, both inside and around the property. I also appreciate the security — access codes are required for the doors and elevators, which made me feel confident storing my belongings there. They also have plenty of carts available to help move items, which is a big plus. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service.
