When I got home from work, the icemaker still was not working. I immediately called him to let them know, but still nothing has been done.

They came out 4 times total and still didn’t fix the issues- each time they came out there was a new problem, the dishwasher was brand new! The technician did not respect our time either. When they said they would be out to fix it between specific hours- the first time they didn’t even call- when I called they said it wouldn’t be until after 5. And that happened again today. So we will repair all the broken things that the “repair man” was supposed to do 3 months ago ourselves! Very incompetent business with zero respect for customers!
