The gentleman Arthur said he was having a hard time in communicating with his coworkers/management. After he returned to the phone, he stated that now my WHOLE order was canceled due to a “corporate review”? What seems like Lowe’s doesn’t want to make money or maybe the employees do not want to do their job?

Some girl sent us all the way to the opposite side of the store to an isle that wasn't even there. Then another worker told us it was way on the other side of the store we just came from. Half way there I asked another worker & he was like, "Oh they're right here." They were in the middle in the front. Definitely doubled up on steps that day 😂

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
