Purchased a clothes dryer online before store opened. Item was ready for pickup 30 mins after store opening. Curbside pickup was a breeze! Only took 10 mins from time of arrival. Highly recommended 👌

I don’t even want to give 1 star. My husband and I place a substantial online order which was due to be picked up today. For context: We’re remodeling our home and have spent over 6thousand dollars at this location. I received a email saying 1item of my order was cancelled (without our consent) I was on hold for at least 1 hour. The gentleman Arthur said he was having a hard time in communicating with his coworkers/management. After he returned to the phone, he stated that now my WHOLE order was canceled due to a “corporate review”? What seems like Lowe’s doesn’t want to make money or maybe the employees do not want to do their job?

We came by for some Caution tape. I love Lowe's but OMG!!! Please teach your workers where stuff is in there. Some girl sent us all the way to the opposite side of the store to an isle that wasn't even there. Then another worker told us it was way on the other side of the store we just came from. Half way there I asked another worker & he was like, "Oh they're right here." They were in the middle in the front. Definitely doubled up on steps that day 😂

WOW SAME AS NEWEST REVIEW! MS LADY AT THE PAINT CENTER HAS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE- SEEMS TO GET FRUSTRATED EASILY WITH HER TASK AND TAKES IT OUT WITH ATTITUDE ON HER CUSTOMERS. WATCHING HER BECOME UPSET BECAUSE SHE COULDN’T MULTI TASK, ALSO SAW HER FINISH SOMEONES PAINT AND LEAVE IT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE COUNTER FROM WHERE THE LADY WAS AND NEVER TOLD THE CUSTOMER IT WAS DONE. PAINT LADY SEEMED SHE WAS BEING PETTY WITH EVERYONE. IM SURE THE YOUNG WORKER STOCKING NEAR THERE WITNESSED THIS. DO BETTER LOWES.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
