Went in to buy a dryer on 12/14 to purchase a dryer, opened a line of credit bought a dryer and delivery was scheduled for next day monday....Monday comes they drop off dryer and it doesn't work. They pick up dryer drop off another and that one doesn't work.....cone today they were suppose to come pick up defective one and drop off new one....tell me why they didn't come with a new dryer. Manager Mercedes made all these promises and apologies and swore up and down that they would be delivering the new working dryer today. Nope. I call lowes to speak to Mercedes who they tell me is gone for the day. Then they put me on hold to get another manager to help. On hold for 30 minutes and no one returns to the phone. I hang up call again. Explain everything again got put on hold for another 30 minutes...hang up call back and as I am typing this ive been on hold for 19 minutes......what great customer service they have here....I cannot believe the run around I am getting and the shitty products that are being delivered....very unsatisfied customer.....if I knew this was gonna happen I would have never opened a line of credit!!!! Every associate i spoke with, no help at all.

Huge store and no one to help you they continually call someone to help assist and somehow some way there is no employee in the lumber section to help load or assist paying customers… can cause injury to a person if someone takes it in to their own hands and injures themselves when the PAID EMPLOYEES SHOULD DO THEIR JOB!!! @ 5:11pm Sunday

I'm a clueless first-time homeowner, and the time has come to make some basic repairs around the house. I'm always stopping at different Lowes all over San Antonio and my experiences are typically lackluster or frustrating because it's so hard to find someone to answer my questions.
Today was a totally different experience.
The customer service at this location was off the charts compared to my previous experiences.
Eli from Electrical was so helpful and approached me multiple times to assist when I had different questions. Either he has ESP or I wasn't very good at hiding my deer-in-the-headlights-face in the aisles. Regardless, he was so enthusiastic and energetic and didn't make me feel bad for not knowing some basics.
Military veteran Chuck in Plumbing was also super gracious, good humored, knowledgable and patient with my questions.
I also observed a lady associate helping multiple people, and she smelled nice as a bonus, haha.
I'm blown away at the work ethic of the workers here. Best experience at a Lowes.
