    This Lowe's by far is and was a disappointment and not just in-store but online as well. I carefully selected my items online and made sure they were in stock at the Lowe's location I was planning on going to. I made my online purchase of 3 items and those items were drip edge, 1x6x8 fascia boards,and siding nails. All were in stock right before I submit my order. 1 hour or so later I receive an email stating that the drip edge was cancelled because there was none,so I said okay. Then another 45 minutes pass and another email is sent stating that my payment for the nails did not go through,but my payment for the fascia boards and the drip edge did. It made no sense if I just made I order and all 3 items on same order. How did my nail order payment not go through. So today I called and the manager did not know how to give me a proper answer that made sense,and not to mention all the damn stuttering he did. Another reason this order was placed was because I had an expiring 20 percent coupon and $10 dollars in accumulated Lowe's dollars. So with the Money I had and thee coupons and Lowe's dollars I was able to afford everything and now because of the cancellation now I won't have enough for the rest of the drip edge as they took my Lowe's dollars and the 20 percent coupon and applied that to the portion of my order that was successful. They basically took what I earned and just applied it to whatever they pleased. Now my client has to wait for the money to be returned to my account so I can repurchase the damn drip edge and the job hopefully I still have as this was all Lowe's fault for false advertising that stuff is in stock but when order is placed there is none in stock. That's just not good service at all. You basically make the customer have to wait because of your mistakes. They need to do a lot better. When you go in-store there can be a long line of returns and there will be like 4 employees standing in a circle doing nothing.

    On 11-20-2025, Lowe's at 203 SW Loop 410, around 3:15 PM. Me and my wife went to buy a battery power leaf blower. We found a Craftsman blower for $89 and took it to the self check out. The clerk said that blower was prized for $129. We went back and picked up the prize card and showed it, to the clerk and she went and got her supervisor (Jennifer or Jenny). She said the same thing, even though the prize card showed $89, with a battery and charger. she than took the blower and the prize card back to the blower stock. We waited a couple of minutes and followed her back to the lawn mover department. We asked her what she did with the prize card and she said that she threw away. We asked her if she could go get it back and she said no. We also notice that she had tore away the prize sticker off the rail. But some of it was still visible. We then asked her if we could talk to her supervisor. A gentleman showed up by the name of Justin and when we asked (Jennifer or Jenny), she denied the prize card had shown $89 with battery and charger. Justin said that he would knock $10 off. We said that was not enough and we walked out. We have a more than average credit rating and we don't like being lied to. We can take our business anywhere and get good service. You all need to get better staff, that can give better service to your customers. Remember, your best advertising, is your satisfied customers.

    This people needs to learn how to respect customers. $698 + tax for a $50 dollar Christmas decoration. Made in china. But the main problem here is that we go and keep buying things from this store. PLEASE RESPECT YOUR SELF and don’t put your hard money in the trash. Remember that we can make changes. “WE THE PEOPLE”
