Very well organized and the only Lowe’s in the area that has lumber cutter available, but after asking for assistance 4 times and waiting 30 min, we had to leave all of our lumber because no one came to cut it. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Excellent Customer Service and Knowledgeable Staff
I recently purchased premixed mortar from this store, and unfortunately, one batch did not set properly like the others I had used. I brought it back to explain the issue, and the staff handled everything professionally and with genuine concern.
The manager took the time to understand my situation and was very helpful. Although they were out of the specific color mortar I needed, they processed my refund quickly and without any hassle. One of the staff members even went the extra step to let me know which nearby store had the color in stock, which saved me a lot of time.
I also want to mention how incredibly knowledgeable the team is in the garden center. They are always helpful and well-informed, especially when it comes to seasonal items and great buys.
Overall, this store has outstanding customer service and a team that truly cares about helping customers. I will definitely continue shopping here and highly recommend them to others.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
