    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received, specifically from an Assistant Store Manager named Brian, at this Lowe's location. Yesterday, I exchanged a defective, special-order door. Today, I had to return because it was discovered that Brian had provided me with the wrong replacement door during that exchange, causing a significant delay in a critical installation for my client. When I politely approached Brian today to explain the situation and seek a resolution, his response was utterly unprofessional. He dismissively stated he was "done with the situation" in a rude tone and proceeded to walk away from me. I had to point out that this was no way to treat a customer or conduct business. He showed zero respect, accountability, or concern for the considerable inconvenience and professional setback his error caused. What was most baffling was that another manager witnessed this entire interaction and did not intervene or rectify the situation. This indicates a broader cultural problem at this store. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this Lowe's location to anyone. The failure to correct a simple mistake is one thing; the contemptuous treatment from a manager is another. I will be taking my business, both personal and professional, elsewhere.

    10+ minutes and THREE calls over the radio to buy a $100 drill locked behind a gate. Then the associate slow-walks my stuff to the front, like I’m about to run away with it. Just go shop at Amazon or something. Useless store.

    I had a very frustrating experience trying to return paint at this store. We accidentally purchased the wrong paint and didn’t realize it until we opened the can and tested it. I explained this to the associate, but I was told the paint could not be returned because it had been used. However, according to the store’s online policy, paint can be returned with a receipt as long as the cans are 80–90% full, which ours were. We had all the required items, yet the return was still denied. We were able to return the paint at a different location without any issues, but it was inconvenient to have to go to another store when all locations should follow the same return policy.

    Went in to check on some materials for shed and stood in a line at the building dept for contractors- girl just walking around not assisting. Then I left as the person in was doing a big order. Then I asked the girl for help I. The tool dept- wanted to buy a drill with battery and no help came- then I walked up to a Lowe’s worker and he said he could not help me as he had 5 depts. I then went to the return counter and asked for a manager and she goes you will have to wait and Istated again and she responds fed, “well yeah”. Then I left and called and asked for a manager and I was out on hold again. P poor service at this Lowe’s and not worth anyone’s time.
