I received excellent service from the slender man in the paint section. He helped my family choose a good paint for our picnic table in the exact color we want. He went above and beyond. We were talking about his good customer service in the car on the way home we were so impressed.

I spent over $10,000 a year on supplies at lowes. And they couldn't refund a $5 box of nail because I didn't have a receipt. Home Depot, you just got a new customer!

I usually shop at Home Depot, but this was my first time visiting this store.
I asked about the location of the monthly kids’ workshop event.
A middle-aged woman in a red apron near the self-checkout just pointed to the area behind the registers without giving clear instructions.
I looked around there but couldn’t find it. Then I asked a man at the Pro Service desk in the back, and he said it was near number 37, but he wasn’t sure if the event was happening today.
The location itself was correct, but I was surprised that the staff couldn’t provide more information about an in-store event.
The woman at the self-checkout area, who probably gets asked questions by many customers, didn’t show any professionalism, which was disappointing.
As a first-time visitor, I was left with a very poor impression.

Bought a refrigerator Saturday and scheduled for delivery next day on Sunday for my new home. Refrigerator is damaged and I express how I desperately need a refrigerator and if they were able to leave it and replace it with the new one, they said no. It was such an inconvenience! THEN, Laura or Lorie from
Lowe’s Delivery customer service said I’d be the first client at 8am for delivery; someone else hops on the phone and says 4:30pm for Monday — they show up at 11AM when I’m at work! The inconsistency of this third party delivery service is UNREAL!! They left my fridge in front of my house without installation. Customer service calls me and says installation will be schedule for the NEXT business day after 4:30pm…no one came today. I call customer service, they said KNYLA from logistics whom I spoke with on Monday, never scheduled my installation and that she wasn’t able to do so anyway because she worked in a different dept. But did she communicate that? NO! So now, the soonest installment day is 3 days from now. NEXT APPLIANCE PURCHASE, I’LL STICK WITH HOME DEPOT!!

Been passed around all morning from all different departments. No one wants to take ownership or blame. Wish I could put a negative star, installation team came out to install dryer. Decided to put tape around the area where the lent comes from. Note this was a brand new buy from lowes washer an dryer. Clearly no one is standing over the person installing. Dryer worked when they left couple months later my dryer stop working. Was about to unplug the dryer plug from wall an seen this was out my wall. That when I noticed technicians secured it with Tape. Tried calling instalation back they said they could not help because it's over 30 days. What's so insane about this customer care just doesn't care. Instead of holding your installation people accountable you rather tell the customer find a handy man to fix it. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LOWES AGAIN. I Even have warranty on it an they still pass you around to different departments blaming one another. It's an inconvenience stay aways from purchasing from them unless you want to spend all morning calling around to make sure someone can some an do it right. Trying to speak to a supervisor in that department been waiting for literally 20 mins for someone to come on the line. She told me she is waiting for someone to come to the queue to come an get call. I might just get hung up on. You know how customer service is when this type of situation comes up. Even called back the number that was given in the response. Still given the run around. Seems like I will have to go an purchase its an have a handy man do it. Which is crazy when you paid the person to do thr installation. I have talked to so many people about these issues an they said they wish they knew I was going through lowes that they would have warned me NOT TO GO THROUGH THEM. LESSON LEARNED. MONEY WASTED. SPENDING literally twice for installation ( when it was not even done right the first time) is not ok. I don't care about it being past 30 days the point is the company yall have installing could have burned My house down with the tape that was used. I even called the store I bought it from an he helped with emailing managers they didnt even call back, typical. Karma will come though!
