    Listen to me, if you’ve ever been down the nuts and bolts aisle…. It’s intimidating, like the Dewey decimal system in 2 different languages. Thank you for your help meet Jeff. He’s an angel. Bottom line this Lowe’s has great people there!

    Delivery driver of my same day delivery never delivered the package. Took a picture of a house a block away with no package in picture. And drove off with it. It has been 8 days and Lowe's has done nothing to fix this. Multiple calls no response. Finally got my refund issued after 8 days. Not in my account yet, but it's not for the full amount only got a refund for two of the three items. Not a lot of money missing but I should have a complete refund. I guess I'm glad they did that instead of trying to deliver it again. I don't trust Lowe's delivery anymore.

    We ordered what we needed. Didn't spend allot of time. Salesman was good, didn't push warrenty or upsell. Let us figure out what we needed. Ask for George

    The worst customer experience of our lives attempting to purchase cabinets here. Cabinet specialist turnover is high and those who do manage to stay rarely return calls and emails. Not to mention, the “consultation” is far from best practice. The installation is a nightmare. For a purchase that’s about half the price point of a car, you’d think Lowe’s would invest more in training or staffing this area to provide the level of expected customer service.
