    Visited yesterday around 6 PM after spending most of the day shopping for grills. We were ready to purchase and pay full price. Jared assisted us and offered a discount, which we appreciated since we hadn’t asked for one. However, after we chose a different grill than the one he initially selected, the situation became confusing. The discount seemed to change, and we were told we had to process a refund and redo the transaction, which wasted additional time after an already long day. The issue wasn’t the discount — we were fully prepared to pay full price — but the inconsistency and inefficiency. Hoping for a smoother and clearer process for future customers.

    Delivery driver of my same day delivery never delivered the package. Took a picture of a house a block away with no package in picture. And drove off with it. It has been 8 days and Lowe's has done nothing to fix this. Multiple calls no response. Corporate says they're waiting on this store to respond to corporate.

    I LOVE LOWES because of their great service, prices, and selection. UNFORTUNATELY...I visited this Lowe's location for the first time to pick up an online order, and I will not be returning. Even though I was the only customer in the area, the employee at the pickup counter seemed annoyed by my presence. Instead of a verbal greeting, I received an eyebrow raise. When I stated I was there for an order pickup, the employee silently pointed at the blue footprints on the floor. I walked over, logged in, and ironically, the exact same employee who couldn't be bothered to speak to me grabbed my items and walked away without a word. Unwelcoming and highly unprofessional customer service. Ill take that drive to Selma for a more enjoyable experience.

    Everytime I look up an item online its not at my local Lowes so I have to come here. Not too terrible a drive but it is what it is. Its still hard to find things. Sometimes the online locations for aisles and bays isnt exact. But I never have trouble finding an associate who is willing to help! If you come here regularly you probably know its a great place. Keep up the good work

    The worst customer service I've ever dealt with.i asked a group of employees about a $400.00 dollar item not once but three times for them to point in the direction yet im telling them may I get some help they are gonna call someone.i waited 20 min for Noone to arrive and im hearing them cusing a about the weekend yet couldn't help me .awful experience. Last I will come here
