I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location and their customer service. The store is easy to navigate through, staff is always readily available to assist, and the prices are comparable to other locations.
I had an item delivered to my home yesterday with a wrong part, but was unable to go back to the store to exchange. After speaking with customer service, the manager found a creative way to get it delivered that night with no issues. I can't begin to show my complete appreciation for a service team that goes above and beyond for their customers. Moments like these are what customers will remember and maintaining loyalty to Lowes rather than going elsewhere. Thank you to the entire team for their support!

They make it difficult to return a device that doesn't even work. The Assistant Manager Camille Guerra is very Rude in handling the request. Stating returning the item is up to her willingness to help not Because the manufacturing company tell her to. She eventually helped return it but the experience made us take our business else where. Home Depot is much better. We sent out word of mouth for our branches and family friends not to use Lowes anymore. We shut our lowes cards and everything.Customer service means a lot to us and we didn't get it here.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
