I can't begin to show my complete appreciation for a service team that goes above and beyond for their customers. Stating returning the item is up to her willingness to help not Because the manufacturing company tell her to. She eventually helped return it but the experience made us take our business else where. Home Depot is much better. We sent out word of mouth for our branches and family friends not to use Lowes anymore. We shut our lowes cards and everything.Customer service means a lot to us and we didn't get it here.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
