    I went looking for a Ryobi weed trimmer spark plug. The old spark plug was Torch. I didn’t see anything that told me what my replacement should be. The young lady working in the lawnmower section was able to look it up. After a little bit of back-and-forth between a couple of options, we found the Champion Spark Plug that actually had the last spark plugs serial number on the packaging, but I didn’t notice it before. Thanks to the sales lady, I found what I needed and I’m going home happy!

    As A retired High School Teacher I have to give CHAINSAW DANIEL AAA +++ .I PURCHASED MY FIRST ELECTRIC CHAIN SAW ( ERGOi think is the name) . I have been looking and asking for more than a year & unable to decide which chainsaw to purchase because I just never got the assistance that Daniel gave me . I’m not that naive about tools because I’ve been purchasing my own since I left for college decades ago …however , I’m not an expert especially when it comes to the newer electric models …CHAINSAW DANIEL TAUGHT ME SO MUCH IN THOSE maybe 15 minutes he spent with me . He also gave me advice that nobody had ever given me in all the years that I’ve been shopping for tools from Sears…to Builders Square, to Ace Hardware to Northern Tools , Home Depot and other Lowes stores . Daniel answered every question with explanations. He would have been a GREAT TEACHER ! To the manager of that store .. DANIEL IS AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING EMPLOYEE ! He is the reason I’m giving this store 5 stars ! HE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER !

    Absolutely terrible location and it's starts with your MGMT personnel. Not sure WTH Lowe's is thinking with selling online but it seems you need to do better when it comes to allocation of your product. I went to pick up a freezer 12/02 that I purchased on black Friday 11/28. The freezer that was handwd to my driver the floor model. I called and spoke to a "Adrian" and was told that that's all they had and that I was notified because they sold out. 1) no one called me because I would have never wanted a floor model for the same price as new. 2) why would you sell the one already sold (mine) to a customer that had walked in? (He stated they sold there last one yesterday) 3) what is the point of ordering online if you are unable to properly get orders pulled?? "Adrian" simply put the solution to you can go to another store and see if they have it? All I can do is issue you a credit. Wrong actually you can get me what I paid for! I told him I placed my order to get the deal everyone wanted the day of sale (which showed more than plenty in stock) MGMT solutions felt like it's not my problem (which in fact is) and when asked what your bosses name his answer "it's Issac" I asked for last name he responded with oh it's just that Isacc. I do not do a lot of business with you Lowe's but unfortunately my experience with your stores in the past have been very similar. Your employees have a sense of protecting the milk cow and not the customers. If you are looking to improve in the area I would highly suggest getting secret shoppers or just getting area managers creat issues and see how MGMT handle them ( for training purposes of course). Oncw again thank you for the reminder on why not to shop at your stores.
