    I went to this location earlier this month for a bird bath. One employee directed us to go inside, then another sent us back out to the garden center on a wild goose chase. We asked a third employee, and they said the particular one I wanted was in a box, higher up on the shelf. It took 4-5 times paging whoever was supposed to handle the forklifts in the garden center. My husband and I waited in the garden center for OVER AN HOUR. Each time they were paged, they were made aware that we were waiting in that particular aisle. We were displeased with the service but figured it was an off day. Fast forward to this past Sunday, we were trying to buy a grill. One gentleman told us we could have it assembled for free the next day. Then we spoke to someone else and they said it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. It was a lot of back and forth and misinformation. Everyone we speak to at this location has a different answer.. Funny enough they were also handling a complaint for another customer waiting in the garden center for assistance for over 30 minutes, just like we were. fast forward to Wednesday (today) and I called in the morning to see if they could let me know about what time the grill would be ready so I could make arrangements to pick it up. It took over 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone, and the gal said she wasn’t sure what time the grill would be ready, but before 4-5 pm for sure. 4 pm comes around, I call again and ask if they could tell me of it would even be ready today. Gentleman says word for word “uhhhhhh… I don’t know” and I say, okay, if you don’t know then can you speak to someone in the assembly department and find out for me? And got hung up on. So far every time I’ve been in this store this month has been a terrible experience, even via telephone. The customer service has been unacceptable, I understand maybe someone new giving misinformation by accident but it’s been both times we’ve stepped foot in the store getting different info from different people. The day we went to the bird bath, the first and second employees never offered to help us look for the item they just said “go inside” and “go back outside to the garden center”. It wasn’t until the third one even took it upon themselves to look the item up that we got help, and even then we had to stand around waiting for over an hour for assistance. I am really unhappy with the service, even more upset with customer service than I am about the fact that the grill assembly is delayed. That is an issue of its own, but the experience has been made worse by the associates.
