He got up like I was pulling him away from heart surgery. He told me what I wanted and what door I wanted. I was afraid to ask him for any information. So I told him to go back to what I thought was more important to him. This is not my first time going there to buy a door first time there was two men sitting around bulshiting with two other men and never got up until I had to step up and asked one to help me. So went up to the front desk and spoke to a girl named Yitzy trying to call a manager. I waited a good while but no one showed up. I hope to buy a door some day before the holidays either with your company or should I go somewhere else?

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
