    Called in at 5:03 PM CST to ask if the had Glass sheets in stock that they could cut. The first associate to answer after the ridiculous AI agent knew the correct answer and provided accurate information and details. I informed the associate I would be in store in less than 5 minutes. Upon entering the store on the Pro side I asked someone be paged to aid my glass cutting. An associate was paged I waited 15 minutes and received no assistance, I grabbed an associate in Doors and windows as they walked back and they happily called/paged another associate to help me. I again waited 15 minutes before calling the store again and reaching a live person after the ridiculous AI agent. The associate said she was paging another associate. I waited another 15 minutes and left the store. Lack of personnel to provide the services you offer is flat out poor customer service. Over promise and under deliver. Such a fall from Grace. Good luck in your next year.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with a recent refrigerator purchase. The unit delivered was clearly faulty and non-functional, leading directly to the spoilage of my groceries—indicating a lack of proper quality assurance or testing before sale. When I requested a replacement, one was unavailable. After choosing to cancel the order and return the faulty appliance, it took nearly days for the item to be picked up. This drawn-out, unacceptable process was an immense headache and an appalling display of poor customer service

    I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator. My husband didn't like it because it was too small and didn't have a lock. Lowes picked it up but now they are charging my credit card for it. I have called twice about it. I don't want to pay for something that was returned and I don't know what to do about it. The pickup people didn't leave a receipt. Lowes contracts with another company to deliver and pickup. They probably have stolen both the return refrigerator and my old refrigerator because Lowes never put the the return in the computer.
