    Where to begin, 1st myself and an elderly gentleman had to wander to find someone to help us, I finally found an employee that was able to help, by the way it wasn't his department but he offered to help so this was not on him. So after he helped the other customer he helped me, I was there to purchase a stove, found the one I wanted and showed the salesman, he told me he didnt have a scanner so he wrote the info down and we did the sale and had delivery set up. Fast forward to delivery on the 19th, delivery team arrived well within their 4 hour window so that was good. They had to bring it up 2 flights of stairs only to discover it was the wrong product, they then had to take it back down to the truck and return to the warehouse. I returned to the store on 11-20-2025 and was able to find a salesperson immediately and he helped me order, or should I say attempt to the correct one. The tablet attached to the correct one had the SKU and info of the one thst was delivered, and was incorrect so basically the 1st salesman didn't make a mistake, whoever set up the displays did, and come to find out the one I wanted isn't even AVAILABLE due to being completely sold out everywhere, so someone somewhere needs to keep up with those Tablets and inventory because it just cost yall another big item sale. Oh yea, forgot to mention I live an hour from your store there was that also.

    Went in to look at a new range and price match. As of writing pickup would be the 25th for Lowe’s. Best Buy pickup is the 21st. Manager kept trying to force us to the $39 delivery onto us even though we told them we’d pick it up and used that $39 delivery to say “they can have it faster.” Yeah, and so can Best Buy. We wanted to pick it up though. Ended up going to Best Buy
