First we stopped at the Lowe's in the Rim and they said they didn't have one in stock but the store on Callaghan shows a few in stock. Once in the Callaghan store, we located the units but it was up high in physical stock. Next, we had to find someone to arrange to have it removed from the shelf. This can be the frustrating part - finding an employee. We walked back towards the customer service desk and found a manager. I told him we were in a bit of a hurry and he said it would take a bit to close off the aisle and get a forklift to get it down and asked if we could come back. He said the system would text me when it was ready for pickup. A couple of hours later, I received the text and I returned to the store and it was correct. The gal in the Pick-up area was very friendly.

Horrible, non existent curbside. They didn’t even come out I had to go in and alert them I was waiting 20 minutes or I don’t think they would have known. DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE, unless you want to waste gas……..once my items was brought to me Courtney was very helpful.

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
