    I was extremely frustrated with the overall service. My partner had an account at Lowe's since July for rewards, and we had made several purchases to earn points for our Christmas decorations. However, when we bought our first Christmas item, we couldn’t use our points because we were told we had none. We created an account online during the purchase of our lawnmower and were assured that we were claiming points for each purchase. We consistently entered her number after every transaction, only to discover that we weren't actually earning points the entire time. We were also told we could claim points from all previous purchases, but later another associate said that wasn't true and that points could only be claimed after 30 days. If there had been an option to leave zero stars, I would have.😾

    Worst Lowes ever! I’ve been a loyal and active member at Lowe’s since May of this year when my partner and I got our house. I’ve probably spend over 1,000 there. I signed up for rewards program during my first purchase or at least I thought. I had an account and been entering my phone number every time I checked out but I haven’t received any points until today! Only reason I found out about this was I finally asked if I could use my points that’s when the Lowes representative told me I’m signed up but not really; What does that even mean!? Then I was told “only my receipts for the past 30 days would count!” So many time I have checked out and had assistance and not one representative told me I wasn’t receiving points! Another complaint is a lot of the representative are incompetent, a few months ago, I was painting furniture and was asking a Lowes representative about sanding and they suggested 120 sander and no I definitely needed an 80! There’s been other questions I had and everyone I spoke to is so unhelpful! I’m so disappointed and truly P.O.!

    We hard a Very hard time with Juan yesterday regarding lumber questions. Juan could not tell us if anyone was available to cut, and refused to call or ask anyone simply saying "there's no one to call and sorry idk" when pressed to call Anyone to find out the answer, he refused. I just spoke to David in customer service who listened, apologized for Juan, and answered our simple question of when the lumber people would be available. Thank you David, please retrain Juan, who sucks.

    Beware Lowe’s delivery and installation. I Ordered a washer and dryer through Lowe’s to have it delivered and installed. Checked multiple times at Lowe’s and with customer services that they would call my mom since I would be at work. They instead called my number and now are saying they have to reschedule after all the effort of making sure they call her number. Delivery driver Adrian (I believe) was unhelpful said he knocked on my door and waited 15 minutes which is a lie because my mom was there and heard nothing. He also texted me saying he needed a gate code so I asked how he got in which he said someone let him in which is very unlikely for my apartment complex. Just a heads up if you get a delivery from Lowe’s make sure you don’t have work because they will do absolutely nothing that you ask. My experience with Lowe’s and their customer service team is horrible and next time I’m gonna go with Home Depot with my purchasing needs. Customer service was very rude and unhelpful to me and my poor mom.

    Lowe’s has just about everything you could possibly need for home improvement — from lumber and lighting to garden supplies and appliances. The store is well stocked and organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. Unfortunately, the one thing that’s consistently hard to find is help. Employees are few and far between, and when you do track someone down, they often seem rushed or disinterested. The checkout experience isn’t much better — long lines if there’s an actual checkout attendant or a unattended self checkout registers make it frustrating after an otherwise smooth shopping trip. In short, Lowe’s has the inventory of a great home improvement store, but it’s missing the helpful employees and checkout clerks that would make the experience complete.
