    Hopefully store manager Dustin will see this review and actually help us. Would not recommend utilizing Lowe's for carpet purchase + install. We chose them because they are a large company so we figured it would be super professional plus they offer a veterans discount. We purchased carpet and installation from Lowe’s in November 2025, and it has been an ongoing nightmare ever since. The carpet was installed improperly the first time and we were later told it would need to be completely replaced. The replacement was not scheduled until February 2026. By that time, we had already moved into the home. The installers (who were great this time) helped us move all of the upstairs furniture out of the rooms so they could begin the replacement. They removed the carpet and laid out the new replacement carpet, only to discover that it was the wrong carpet again and the seams did not match between the rolls. They told us Lowe’s instructed them to stop all work and leave until a third order of carpet could be placed. That was two weeks ago. Since then, all of our upstairs furniture has been crammed into one bedroom and the bathrooms. The carpet is laid loosely on our stairs but not stapled down, creating a warped slip-and-slide that we have to carefully navigate every single day with our three children, ages 13, 2, and 1. It is unsafe, stressful, and completely unacceptable. We have made almost daily calls trying to get answers about whether the carpet has been ordered, whether it has arrived, and when it will be installed. Every time we get the runaround. Managers (specifically store manager Dustin and install manager David) do not call us back. We are told to call back later because someone is “out of the store.” There has been absolutely no urgency, despite the fact that we are living in a half-finished home because of repeated Lowe’s mistakes. This was not a small purchase, and the lack of accountability and communication has been shocking. At one point we were told that if it’s really bad we could get a hotel and they would look into reimbursing it, but how are we supposed to move three children, cribs, and all of our belongings into a hotel with no clear end date? I hate leaving negative reviews, but after months of issues, repeated errors, and constant follow-up on our part just to get basic information, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. If you have children, I would strongly caution against using Lowe’s for carpet installation unless the home is empty and you have months of flexibility.

    Man where do I begin to say about Tony Morgan in the appliances department! This gentleman went above and beyond to meet my needs and made sure I left satisfied. Lowe’s is truly lucky to have him on staff, someone who actually gives a damn. Would highly recommend him to help you meet your purchasing needs!

    Zero stars for Lowe's delivery. Five stars ONLY for the in-store salesman. We spent thousands of dollars on a washer dryer set from Lowe's after our dryer's heating element went out. The salesman was excellent-knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He deserves five stars. The delivery and installation service was a complete disaster. We paid extra for delivery, installation, and parts and scheduled it for Saturday since we work Monday-Friday. During installation, the delivery person plugged in the dryer and it did not start. He insisted it was a breaker issue even though we explained that the dryer that was plugged in just an hour before their arrival still turned on and the washer outlet had power minutes before they arrived. Instead of properly testing the outlet, he went outside located the main breaker, and shut off power to the entire house. After that, half of our home lost power, including the washer and dryer outlets. While we panicked trying to fix the problem that HE caused, he stood there chewing on plastic. He then told us to "call an electrician" since we would not sign off on the delivery he informed us someone would call. They then left us without power. This is especially dangerous because we have four reptiles and a fish tank that rely on electricity for heat, lights, and filtration. A power outage can be life-threatening for them. We explained this. They did not care. We still have not been contacted by the manager and it has been hours. Now we are forced to pay for an after-hours weekend electrician, likely costing hundred to over $1,000.00, because Lowe's delivery team lacked basic training and equipment to safely troubleshoot an outlet. Leaving customers without power, showing zero concern, and providing no follow-up is reckless and unacceptable. Lowe's delivery needs serious improvement. Update to my review: After finding out that Lowe’s uses a third-party delivery service, I am even more disappointed. This should be clearly communicated up front. Had I known a $2,000 purchase would be handled by a third party, I would have never agreed to it. While replacing our breaker panel was not entirely the delivery service’s fault, I do expect better customer service and basic competence from people entering customers’ homes. Before the installers left, I specifically asked if they were certain the hot and cold water lines were connected correctly. The installer responded, “That’s usually how I do it.” I told him that was incorrect because I had just unhooked our old unit and knew which line was which. His response was, “I don’t know,” and he proceeded to leave anyway. Sure enough, when I ran my first load of laundry, the lines were hooked up incorrectly. Now I have to fix it myself. So what exactly did I pay the delivery and installation fee for?

    My mom and I recently visited Lowe’s at this location to buy a ladder. We felt overwhelmed and unsure about the different types, as we weren’t very familiar with them. Mr. Joe, the sales associate, noticed our hesitation and kindly approached us. He took the time to listen to our needs, patiently explained the options, and helped us select a durable, versatile ladder that was perfect for what we wanted. He truly went above and beyond with his helpfulness and genuine care. Thank you, Mr. Joe, for your hard work and making our shopping experience so positive!     Do not ever buy stuff from this place. I bought a microwave, but it was the “wrong order and the wrong color”. Went to store and tried to request a replacement to get the correct one, but it no longer matches my kitchen cabinets. It has been a year since I placed the order because I didn’t have time to open the box earlier, and now it has passed the return policy. *This was their mistake, but the customer is forced to keep it just because the box wasn’t opened earlier.* This told me don’t trust them anymore and don’t buy from this place The manager’s name is “Richcardo”. All he told me was that there was nothing he could do. When I am mad about this policy and explained the situation, he told me to leave the store. This is extremely poor customer service. I used to buy a lot of stuff from Lowe’s since I bought my new house, but from now on, I will shop somewhere else. —————————————————————- Here is the follow-up. I went to another Lowe’s location, and they replaced the item with the correct order. The manger there were much nicer and more understanding. They didn’t worry about whether the return policy had expired, since the item was incorrect. I also ended up buying more items from that store. This is the right way to handle situations like this. Instead of saying, “There’s nothing I can do as a manager,” a small issue like this ended up wasting half of my day and was very frustrating. Will not shop this store and tell my friends about my experience at this location I strongly recommend that owner review this location, investigate management behavior, and address the handling of incorrect product descriptions and customer complaints, as this type of experience damages customer trust.
