We immediately called the store and our sales person Neza informed us that it would be taken care. Three weeks later we inquired on the status and Neza suggested we reach out to the warehouse manager because it was their fault. I requested to speak with the manager and she said he was with a customer so I requested that he call me back and two days later we are still waiting on a call. This is not what we call good customer service like they lead you to believe right before making the purchase. Very disappointed that we are getting the run around at La-Z-Boy.

However product or DELIVERLY have not!!!! This time I had the pleasure of working with Ken the store manager. As before Knowledgeable and exceptional customer service. I had questions the following day after purchase. Ken address all of my concerns. I will follow up with product quality and delivery service. 🤞🏻 Ken thank you for your assistance.
