    Ken approached us shortly after walking in. He is a friendly gentleman, listened to what David wanted and showed him different recliners to consider. He explained some of the differences and things to think about, David selected the one he wanted. Ken was excellent and we appreciate his kindness and help.

    Patrick showed me many recliner chairs that he thought would fit me well. As well as the different colors and fabrics. He was very patient when I kept changing my mind. Left with a great leather rocking recliner.

    Friendly and patient. Could be more knowledgeable in softness/comfort level of the couches so when you find one that is comfortable, but don’t like the look, they can show you others that are very similar.

    My wife needed a new recliner so we the La-Z-boy location and met with Ken. He was very helpful with showing us several models of recliners. My wife picked one she liked and we scheduled delivery. But when we got home she decided the color was not going to go well with current furniture. She called Ken told him and he said "No problem", just head back to store and we could look at others. We did but they did not have what my wife wanted and once again he said "No problem". He would have it made to her liking and now "Happy Wife". thanks to Ken.
