  King did a great job of showing us the large selection of chairs at the location. We ended up buying one and I think it will work very nice for our needs

  We purchased La-Z-Boy previously 13 years ago and it has held up quite well through two moves, and different duties within the house. What we like is the value for the quality and the furniture can be “lived on”. We tried some “high end” stores just to compare, while the furniture was also very nice. It seems more like furniture for the sake of decoration for a room you don’t use. La-Z-Boy has multiple options and price points to meet your budget. We worked with Deborah at the SATX location and she was great. Listened and was able to pivot with us through our various changes providing suggestions and insight and patience. We ultimately settled on a beautiful sofa and all leather reclining chair along with a bookshelf/cabinet that had an unbeatable price. If you’re looking for furniture options that not only look great, but can stand up to daily use (our leather recliner and sofa going strong after 13 years) I don’t think La-Z-Boy can be beat. You can find cheaper, and you can find more expensive but it won’t last as long or won’t be as comfortable day to day as La-Z-Boy. If you’re shopping the SATX location, ask for Deborah she was great to work with and will be back for other pieces when the time comes.

  We had a great experience at La-Z-Boy! King C. was a very friendly, helpful and knowledgable salesperson. When we told him what kind of chairs we were looking for, he showed us a large variety of options to choose from! He spent time with us to make sure we were picking the best fit for our space, and we never felt rushed through the process. Our chairs were delivered today and we are thrilled with them! They are so comfortable and look amazing in our house. Thanks for taking care of us, King!

  I commend Joel for his excellent salesmanship. I came in with very specific ideas and he was nothing but supportive. He was a pleasure to work with. He made every attempt to make sure I left completely satisfied. I have not recieved my chair yet , so I cant speak about delivery. I had a hard time finding the exact chair that met my needs until I walked into lazyboy and sat in it. I guess it was love at first sight. I hope it will last many years.

  Mr. King approached us as we walked in. From his smile to his personality, he won us over. I know what I needed in a recliner, and he made it so easy to look at the specific models that met our needs. The entire time, he would walk throughout the store so we wouldn’t have to walk so much, and allowed us to test many of their recliners without any type of pressure as a sales person. Mr. King was so kind, polite and courteous throughout our visit with him. Because of his patience and guiding us through all the chairs features, we were able to purchase one from him that day. I would recommend him because he seems very knowledgeable on the La-Z-Boy products.
