One hour goes by and I call him and he says oh yeah they had an urgent request so I had to go do that first… if they had just called me and told me I’d have been fine and even rescheduled my key programming appt but instead I’m waiting around and have to call them… terrible communication, it takes 20 seconds to make that call. Terrible experience and a mismanaged company, they have their heads up where the sun don’t shine, look elsewhere.
