  We have had an ongoing problem with our Bertazzoni stove. The lower heating element has burned out three times since we bought the stove in 2016. The last time HomeWerks sent out a tech to diagnose the problem but said he did not have the part. We paid a service call for him to diagnose the issue. He said he needed to order the part and when he came to install it they charged us another expensive service call as well as the cost of the part. We refused to pay the second service call. How could we be sure that he did not already have the part in his truck or sitting on a shelf in the store? Now that same part is broken again for the third time! I can not believe that we are the only ones to have this problem but this time I will order the part on line and find someone else to install it. I will not do business with HomeWerks again.

  I won't call them again. Called for a service call on a BlueStar stove, the tech was here for 20 minutes and replaced an ignitor, but they charged a $150 "diagnostic fee" to cover then visit AND another $150 "minimum labor charge." I expect a service fee, but adding such a large minimum labor charge for such a quick visit is unreasonable. Will find someone else next time.

  Bought a BlueStar range and Miele dishwasher from Homewerks. Beautiful people, Denise is a champ and Randy has a ton of knowledge on everything sold to fit your needs to the right equipment. I love this place. UPDATE 08/02/2022 Denise and her team really hit it out of the park. Randy, Wade, and Julian made the 165 mile trip for instillation and were outstanding to work with. New construction so there were hicups, but these guys troubleshoot like the pros they are. No issue was too much, BUT, planning and guidance from Randy before the instillation were part of the success. Just listen to him and work with your construction/renovation contractors to get the little things ironed out. Homewerks really over delivered. I appreciate Denise really listening to my request to get a special set of knobs in for my BlueStar, that was the icing on the cake. Thank you Denise, Randy, Wade, and Julian, you all are awesome!

  Never- NEVER buy a Northland refrig or freezer. I have had nothing but trouble with my freezer. Until now Homewerks has been great trying to repair this freezer until now. I truly believe this freezer is LEMON !! It has not worked for 3 days, it is keeping the inside cold enough for the frozen items not to thaw out yet, but ice cream and those sort of things are melting and have to be tossed out. I intend to speak with the Northland Co and if they don't solve the problem and/or replace this bad motor then I will contact the Attorney General Office and find out who/how/where to go to solve the problem of non repair of a LEMON APPLIANCE.
