The only thing I hate is trying to figure out the magic number of people in line to open another register. I won’t stop going to Hobby Lobby, but I still hate the long lines.

The framing department took the pictures up front for me. When I paid I asked the lead cashier if I could get help with the frames to my car. She told me no, all her staff was busy unloading a truck that had just arrived. She said that if I pulled my car up she would help me. I pulled my car up and was trying to get the larger frame in the back of my car, and she put the other frame down on the ground and told me she had to go back inside. This happened on Jan31, 2026 at about 1:00 pm. Someone should train the staff on customer service. The framing was over $200.
