  Joey is so disrespectful and unprofessional has no compassion. The store was closing and I'm trying to hurry up and find what I need. I completely understand everybody wants to go home. I wasn't taking my time. You can look through the cameras. I was walking fast through the aisles so that I can get what I need and hurry up and get out. There was other people in there that were taking their time. I wasn't one of them. He comes up to me and tells me so rude you need to start going up to the front were closed already so I didn't want his help he was very disrespectful so I cussed at him and he cussed at me back. If he came up to me correctly, I would not have to cuss him out, but because he came up to me with disrespect. Then, he had the nerve to tell me you're not gonna talk to me like that. When he started talking to me with an attitude right away he started it. And if he thinks that I'm going to let him talk to me like that. Nah he got the right one today. I'm also dealing with a lost and I was going in there to get certin thumbtacks, so that I can make a bulletin board of pictures for my lost loved one, who's services are tomorrow and this is how I get treated, you never know what someone's going through Joey. Your policy states that it is a christian based store. And that was not christian like at all. I come here a lot. I spend quite a bit of money here and to be treated the way I was treated today is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Joey is not a kind person. He really showed who he was today. If Joey can't handle Hobby Lobby. And I don't even know why he's talking when he works at Hobby Lobby. Joey needs to go I will be calling in the morning to speak to the store manager, which is Nick and I will be calling corporate. If y'all keep Joey that tells me that y'all don't care and he's gonna do it to the next customer.

  Liz A. was incredibly helpful and truly a light that was much needed when discovering that unfortunately a very kind cashier had not provided/input a card order that we filled out while I was at her register, checking out. The order was extremely important as it was over 20 additional heart lace bags needed for my wedding. She looked into this predicament for me and immediately found a solution verses (what she could have done) just telling me to go to another store and look. Instead, she called the stores nearest to that location and had them locate and reserve the bags they had in stock for me. I was able to obtain the bags needed prior to us leaving to board our flight. Eternally grateful to you, your empathy and exceptional customer service.

  tried going in to buy a toy for a gift, the packaging was all broken. I took it to the front to ask if they had anymore or if they could check if another store had it. I asked a young man for help and he was very quick to just say “oh yeah we don’t have anymore” trying to cut the conversation off quick and not offering any help. Then, when i went to the front of the store to get more help, a lady (employee) who clearly was just standing in the front doing nothing just handed me a paper and said i would have to call all the other stores myself and ask if they had it. If an employee isn’t occupied with any customers , I think that they should be nice enough to help you out a bit more.
