Multiple members of management hanging out in the front discussing another associates medical leave out in the open. No greetings either.

Granted, I should have gotten the cart first, but anyway while holding on to the lamp I was trying to pull out a shopping cart. Meanwhile there are two employees barely 5 ft from me. They were just gossiping. I could have used their help but they just ignored me. Its almost impossible to find help while in the store. I've gotten used to finding things myself. Once in a blue moon I get help. The poor cashiers help the best. I feel bad having to ask them for help while paying, because it holds up the line. Get it together people!
