It bothered me, but I remained calm and friendly and just ignored it. The second time I came to return an item WITH MY RECEIPT, I noticed a heavy set Hispanic woman wearing glasses walk over to my side (I’m assuming she was security) and almost what felt like her hovering over me. I asked her if there was an issue and she said “oh no I’m just doing my job”. I further then, told her well you weren’t over here when there was a Hispanic couple in front of me and she says “oh I’m not profiling you.” That is exactly what it was. I then spoke to the manager who was kind, but really didn't seem like she cared as to what I had to say. She advised that when returns are done, their workers have to “watch to ensure that the customer is using a receipt”. The woman who was watching me SEEN me provide the receipt and still walked over to me. This will definitely be the last time I shop here. I typically do not waste time to write reviews, but if you are a person of color, please take this with caution that you will be racially profiled.
