The space is clean and well secured, there is a lot of safety measures on the property that gives you a lot of reassurance to your stuff is safe! I asked her if they could waive the late fee since I had an emergency w family and flat out said no w no compassion or anything. I asked to speak w her manager she said the puck stops w her. Then I found out she's just another person that wants to be a manager but she's not. Finally had a change to talk w Dylan he's the REAL manager and waived my fee for me.
