In fact the other day I pulled up to the key pad with a full load not realizing I didn’t have my gate code & had not downloaded the app which I was about to reverse and get out of there to go look for it when Mr. Alberto Flores was nice enough to open up the gate for me & went out of his way to give me my gate code information which I’d need before leaving. Thank you Mr. Flores 😊

He greeted us right away, we told him what we needed, and he showed us the perfect unit. He made sure to ask questions about how much stuff we have to make sure the unit would accommodate us. Very quick and pleasurable experience!
- SASavannah AndrewsOct 28, 20251.0Increased the rent without notifying me. They state they mailed something out but I have not received anything from them. They want a 10 day notice, but I did not get a 10 day notice. The increase was $100 per month. We now have 2 days to move all our things out since we got no notice. I do NOT recommend renting a unit here. Literally anywhere else is cheaper. Not to mention we got a call literally a month ago because there were fleas in several units.
