    Overall great. I did however when my automatic withdrawal from my bank ATM card didn't go through as it had gotten lost and I was waiting for a new card my payment was denied. I did not get a call to let me know it was declined I then was charged a late fee. I went in personally and spoke to the person in the office she looked to see what happened. She informed me that 1 phone call was made to my work number which I no longer am at due to I am retired. Apparently they didn't bother to call the secondary number that is on my file which happens to be my personal cell phone and they would have reached me and I could have updated my information and could have prevented me from getting a late fee. The kind lady in the office called my cell phone number and I explained that my debit card had gotten lost and I gave her the new number. She didn't tell me I was charged a late fee. I then saw notification on my bank app of my payment and it was 20 dollars additional. I went in person to the office to find out why. She explained to me of the **1** attempt that was made and BOOM I was charged a late fee. I am retired living on Social Security and on a tight budget. If I would have gotten a call from the other phone number on file (cell phone)that wasn't even attempted the late fee could have been avoided. The person in the office was very kind and understanding and fixed things for me. I am not sure of staff responsible for making calls but they need better instructions if they call first number and don't get an answer call secondary number and keep your customer happy.

    Came in to look at a 10x10 and a 10x15 climate controlled and Hector showed us both of them. He was very informative and understood what wee were looking for. Great customer service. Bringing my wife in the morning to rent out the unit. Again, Hector was great.

    I have been a customer for many years now, and I have been pleasantly surprised with the customer service I have received. Today one of your employees called me to remind me my payment was due. I informed her I was waiting for my paycheck to come through and if I could get a reminder in a few hours… She called me back and my paycheck was in so I was able to make the payment online, however I noticed that one of my units went up in price… Your employee worked with me and we got it down to a more manageable payment which I am extremely grateful for as I am a single mom going through a divorce and need your storage room services. However, my budget has been tight these days… I appreciate the empathy shown to me today and this is the reason why I have three units with your company. I appreciate you always keeping price increases to a minimum… Your employee when above and beyond, and did it with the best attitude.
