If there are any issues, with the units, the staff is attentive and quick to respond to the issue. We have had at least 1 unit for about 25 years and increased to 2 units within the last 22 years. Unfortunately, the price increases have gotten to be a real challenge. Although this location is convenient, I may have to begin looking for an alternative because of the frequent price increases. Ed

We paid $140 every month.. they sent out a mass email to everyone in October. The bad thing is it went straight to spam mail for everyone. They called October 27th because we didn't respond to the email that we didn't know we got. It stated that rent was going up. We would got from 140 to 200. So we cleaned it out and didn't continue. When we spoke to them why the huge jump they said there were sorry and that it's coming from the corporate office and due to the cost of everything go up. We really needed that storage unit and it's close to the house. They decided this starting on November 1st where the new rent amount would be in effect. And right before the holidays. It could have been something starting Jan 1st starting the new year. That way is give people time.
