However, I attempted to downsize the unit that I was in during early autumn but the elevator was NOT functioning. This went on for at least two months. Therefore costing me money. Finally, I simply stopped trying. The Stars are for NICK and NOT for how the elevator situation wqs handled. That portion would be a zero!!!
