We went to the storage to put some things in our storage unit but we couldn't go in because the access code had changed and when we went in behind someone else we noticed the locks had been changed so I called customer service and told them our situation and they called the store mgr Robert Mendoza. He called me back and told me he would be coming to the the facility to help me out. He was very helpful and kind and since they removed the old door and replaced them with new doors, the lock that was on there was trashed and he gave us a $20 credit for the lock, that was really nice of him. Thank you for your immediate response and thank you for coming in on your day off.
