- CCChuck4 days ago5.0The locking hasp on my unit was old, rusty, and two of the four bolts were missing. Just happened to run into Melissa, the manager, on my way out today whom I had not met since moving in back in September. She offered to take time right then to replace the hasp with a new one, so I took her up on it. Melissa successfully installed the new one, but alas, my lock would not go through the hole. Apparently the new hardware hole is slightly smaller than the old one. We worked together to remove the newly installed hasp then reinstalled the old one, but this time we installed two additional bolts and all new lock nuts. The lock fits perfectly now. Problem solved and my unit is very secure! Melissa was cheerful and a delight to work with, and I feel like we made friends! Great customer service Melissa. Thank you!
