Every person I talked to from Juan to all the others, were all very nice, easy going and helpful. I really liked it there and liked the staff alot. I had two storage units, was hoping to keep them long term as the prices were very good online. The bad, the price. In three months it went from one price and skyrocketed about 40% in price. I get price increases yearly or from time to time. Well, the first price increase was only 3 months into my rental and, in my opinion, by a huge amount. My last storage facility didn't raise rates for almost three years at first, then basically yearly and a moderate amount. I'm going back to them. This storage was closer to me but would rather drive a little more to save almost $100 a month and who knows how much in the future. Feels like a money grab to me, more than a simple price increase.

We move furniture professionally with a 75 ft 18 wheeler. we called in advance and our customer called in advance to make sure we could pull through with our Semi. all was okay until the "manager" said he doesn't have access to operate the back gate and doesn't want ua to use it anyways because 3 other semi drivers have hit the gate. He says he can't go back to stand and watch. My husband has 30+ years household experience. that means going into neighborhoods where semis shouldn't be. We were parked behind the building, expecting to be able to come theough the back gate, and as we are now backing down this dead end road to get back to the front, a car rolls up inside and activates the back gate that he said wasn't operational. : / Now we get to back down a divided 4 lane and blind side our Semi onto the property. This manager is defensively lazy.
