There was an issue involving something I did wrong that I wasn’t aware of, and Jesse handled it in an extremely professional way. His tone of voice was calm, respectful, and never made the situation feel uncomfortable or confrontational. Other managers could have easily taken it personally or spoken in a way that would make someone feel irritated or defensive, but Jesse corrected the issue with great professionalism and a genuinely positive personality. It made a big difference. The facility itself is very clean, the climate is perfect, and overall the experience has been excellent. I couldn’t be happier.
