I know rates are not guaranteed but as a previous storage DM for a much larger corporation than this, a rate this high is unfair and not realistic for the area nor the customer as a whole. Moving to another facility with a company that has never steered me wrong and customer service is of the highest quality and standard. The business practice here is very distasteful to a new customer. Would NOT recommend this company let alone facility with their rude staff under any means at all to friends let alone family.
