When I called again to finish taking care of the paperwork I was stopped in the U-Haul on the side of the road 600 miles away. It was raining, 5:00 p.m almost closing time and I still had to find a hotel. Hector handled everything in minutes so that when I pulled in 2 days later, I went straight to my storage unit. A friend and I unloaded and left when finished.
