Facilities are clean and often well lighted. Using the App to enter, unlock and exit is a great system. Ill update more after a few months. (I'm storing my stuff due to a office renovation)

She was soooo incredibly rude to my husband. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. The young manager was so dismissive and rude to him, when I knew something was wrong with our lock it wouldn't open and that's because it was changed. The manager never apologized or said anything to us to make us feel better she just said we have to buy another lock and that she would have to cut the other lock off. We called the police and filed a report. I know of two other people this has recently happened to as well. Exact same break in and all stuff gone and management dismissive and rude. Sounds like an inside job to me..

Just handed us a piece of paper and told us to call another number. I know of two other people this has recently happened to as well. Exact same break in and all stuff gone and managed dismissive and rude. Sounds like an inside job to me.
