The place is clean, well maintained, and the office ladies are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. But no matter what, expect to have to move out a couple of months later when they automatically raise your rent to double or three times more than what you had been paying. They will say that they have to increase your rent to meet the demand for units of your size, but when you look online, you'll see that there is still plenty of supply because you can rent the same sizes unit for even less than what you are currently paying! So to avoid paying double your rent, you're forced to terminate your lease and rent a new unit all over again. Which is annoying but would be fine except they've gotta charge you for a new lock and the admin fees for renting a new unit all over again. No. Matter. What. Prepare to be bent over and expected to smile and thank them as they're violating your wallet.
