He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. If you’re looking for a storage facility that is well managed and run by someone who genuinely cares about customers, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage — and definitely ask for Richard.
