The property was clean and easy to get in and out of. Had an issue the next morning after moving items in, which I called about. But increasing storage fees every few months, add in they force you to purchase their insurance, and the office staff is never friendly when I see them. Plus they seemingly complain a bit: recently it's about the bathroom. I understand some people aren't as tidy as they could be, but that's anywhere. Nevertheless vs doing their jobs and cleaning the bathroom, they want everyone else to do it, and are threatening to take away the public bathroom because again they just don't want to do what they are paid for, and clean it. Thus if possible, I would avoid this place

Yvonne went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and Victoria was just as helpful and attentive throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful experience easy and pleasant. Outstanding customer service—highly recommend this location!
