Secondly, every time I DID check in on my stuff, the upper floor seemed to be in the 90's and humid (which i confirmed occurred for at LEAST a 3 month period straight... when i was paying for a climate controlled unit...) Anyways, when I requested a partial refund (210-280/month), I was told "Unlikely". Nothing became of it, but yeah, I wont be placing my stuff in one of these units again.
