Had a unit for 2.5 years that started at a 3 month promo rate for low $100, then increased to mid $140 per month and you 1.5 years it was increased to $350 per month! Bathrooms always seem to be out of order, entrance doors malfunction often and it wasn't until after the first year that rolling carts were available. Note, to date they still only have 7 to service the entire facility. Customer service on-site is not friendly. Upon move out, I asked for a rolling cart because I couldn't find one readily available and the TWO on-site customer service reps told me to go into other buildings and throughout other floors to find one. Would not recommend unless you know you will only stay short term and reserve online for promotional rate, just move out before the rate hikes kick in!
