    Es descarado como te roban en tu cara en esta tienda vine a regresar unas extensiones de luz con resigo original y ellos lo clasifican como objeto de navidad y devuelven menos de la mitad del costo q se pagó se devolvió en su paquete original y sin abrir … It's outrageous how they rip you off right to your face in this store. I came to return some string lights with the original receipt, and they classified them as a Christmas item and refunded less than half the cost we paid it. They were returned in their original, unopened packaging

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
