    Waited over 20 min to b ✔️ out. only cashier with all those stations. It was B4 Xmas so they should have way more cashiers but I do love this store. It does have alot of cool things

    DON’T SHOP HERE No one was around for about 45 minutes. My mother and I walked around along with other confused customers. We eventually went up to the only register opened and the lady said she couldn’t assist us. She called someone from the back and ask us to meet them. We turned around were finally met by several different workers. My mother inquired about assistance with an online order for recliners. They essentially told us no and didn’t even offer to help us do this purchase online with them. We will NOT be coming back to this location or any At Home locations, since this store did such a great job at showing off the companies customer service. I recommend future customers to consider this. Go shop online somewhere else or go to a different store. Since clearly no one is willing to take the time and help out customers or mind the store.

    Got a text “At Home: Shop up to 50% off Outdoor Christmas Décor, Porch Trees to Inflatables, and more”, so I decide to make a trip and see what Christmas decorations they had, chose a few and went to check out. All from their Christmas section. Even grabbed a few ornaments. Nothing was discounted, the cashier seemed annoyed that I was confused and asking questions, she stated “only a few things plus the ornaments are on sale”. I told her we had ornaments. She said some are buy one get one half off (in a very annoyed tone). Not friendly and not helpful. The texts are very misleading, please be weary if you plan on going.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
